Sun on Snow

Sun and snow are a challenge for most photographers - especially if they use "Automatic" settings on their digital cameras.

• Set white balance
• set to Manual aperture and speed from an incident meter reading
• don't forget composition rules
• don't create your own shadow in the photograph
